Imagine -
a design that will work whether your block slopes down

with a grace that works with your land to give you the
best outcome with the least amount of unsightly
(and
costly) excavation and consequent retaining. Remember,
not all builders are willing to build on bearers and
joists, and many will only want to build what they can
construct on a slab. This may be neither desirable or
